Ezidri

A must for anything liquid - fruit leather in particular. the curved edges hold more too for thicker leather. I mucked around with cutting baking paper each time that would still stick and rip, what a waste of time that was compared to these sheets.

Love my new Ezidri! Have made a couple of batches of “to die for”(apparently) Chilli Venison Jerky. An absolute hit in my home. I’ve always had a dehydrator starting with the old Harvest Maid. The Ezidri has been significantly upgraded with lovely easy to use technology. Love that you can set the temperature and time now rather than guessing. Awesome investment!!

I have made fruit roll ups, dried herbs and dried yoghurt so far and they all turned out pretty good.

My first dehydrator has given over 30 years of service. We use it for drying fruit and meat. It was sad when the old one had a faulty fan, but we are up and running again now.

this is my first season using my Ezidri, it was recommended by folks I trust. Coincidentally it is the first year we have had a decent apricot harvest and so we had enough to try fruit leather and this worked so well.

I love my ezidri - I use it a lot to prepare tramping meals. Having more mesh trays is great for drying smaller things like corn kernels, that otherwise tend to get caught or fall through the gaps in the standard trays.

With berry season in full swing and apples getting bird pecked, I stewed apples and added squished berries. Very lite oiling of solid sheet resulted in easy lifting of dried fruit leather, now stored in air-tight jar for eating later🤗

I can't seem to keep up with all the dehydrated produce. Have given lots away, and have people giving me produce to dry, on their behalf. Next thing is having enough storage jars!
Cucumber 'chips' will be next on the list of ' to-do'.
