Vanilla balls

Soak the hazelnuts and dates and let them drip. Pre-soak the linseed in 0.5 cup of water and grate the coconut. Mix hazelnuts and dates and add other ingredients. Mix well and work out into a soft dough. Create small balls and put them on the individual trays of the dryer. Dry at 55 °C for about 9 hours.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Hazelnuts:half a cup
  • Dried dates:one and half a cup
  • Linseed:5 spoons
  • Coconut:1 cup
  • Vanilla powder:2 teaspoons
