We mix everything together and get a sticky mixture. We make small buns. We dry them for about 7-8 hours, at a temperature of 65 °C, depending on the size. Store on the dry place, the drier they are, the longer they will last! If you do not make them fully dry, we recommend to store them in the fridge.


  • carrot (grated):1,5 cup
  • salt:0,5 tablespoon

  • flax seeds (soaked):2 spoons
  • oregano
  • cashew flour:2 spoons
